Door Guardian: In-Swinging Door Lock

Well.. the time has come. We have a soon-to-be mobile baby on our hands! Gabriel is getting closer and closer to learning to crawl, so we’ve got to get the house baby-proofed! That means finishing the stairs, baby-proofing the cabinets, installing baby gates, etc. Anddddd since we live on a lake, we have to take extra precautions to keep Gabriel from finding his way outside without our knowledge. That’s why I am super excited to have installed The Door Guardian. Its an in-swinging door lock that is easy to use, easy to install, & cost-effective! I also love that looks simple & is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Installing the Lock

My husband was able to install the lock in just a few minutes with just a power drill. The DG acts as a dead bolt keeping the door latched from up high, and making it nearly impossible for a little one to escape when you’re not looking. The DG also comes with a key that you can hide for safe keeping that will prevent even the sneakiest kiddos from leaving the house!
